SEED 390X - Teaching Secondary School Math

A mathematics methods course for prospective secondary school teachers. This course includes curriculum and assessment planning, current trends and strategies in mathematics education, mathematics content based on the Common Core State Standards, and use of appropriate technologies. Declared major or minor in mathematics education and Admission to Teacher Education.

Co-Requisites: SEED 398B - Secondary Education Methods Block Practicum I or SEED 398C - Secondary Education Methods Block Practicum II.
