Introduces the student to the legal environment and examines the law of contracts and properties. This course is part of the university’s Writing Across the Curriculum/Writing in the Disciplines program.

Pre-Requisites: Business Administration majors must complete all Pre-Major courses with a C or better, ENGL 120 - College Composition II or ENGL 121H - Honors Composition II.
