ANSC 243 - Slaughter and Processing of Domestic Livestock Credits: 4
This course will expose students to the principles and procedures of meat animal humane slaughter, carcass fabrication, and meat processing. All will be required to help in all processes of slaughter, fabricating, processing, and cleaning.
