BIOL 330 - Cell Biology


Credits: 4

The description and analysis of physical and biochemical processes at the cellular and molecular level of the living animal, plant, and microbial cell. Lab portion is designed to reinforce the lecture material with examples of cellular anatomy. The lab will provide additional training in microscopy and sample preparation. This course is part of the university’s Writing Across the Curriculum/Writing in the Disciplines program.

Pre-Requisites: BIOL 150 - General Biology I /BIOL 150L - General Biology I Lab , CHEM 122 - General Chemistry II /CHEM 122L - General Chemistry Lab II , or consent of the instructor and ENGL 120 - College Composition II  or ENGL 121H - Honors Composition II .
