ELED 498B - Teaching in the Elementary School: Early Childhood

A 165 hour block of supervised teaching in kindergarten or early childhood education. Students will teach in a kindergarten or early childhood setting full days for six weeks.

Pre-Requisites: Admission to Teacher Education, EC 310 - Intro to Early Childhood Education, EC 313 - Language and Literacy in Early Childhood, EC 323 - Observation and Assessment in Early Childhood, EC 324 - Early Child Curriculum, Methods and Materials, and satisfactory completion of portfolio review.
