HPER 300 - Perform Assessment and Training Prescription

Students will learn multiple automated and manual physiological and biomechanical assessment procedures applicable to athleticism, with application to training prescription. This course is part of the university’s Writing Across the Curriculum/Writing in the Disciplines program.

Pre-Requisites: ENGL 120 - College Composition II or ENGL 121H - Honors Composition II.
