BIOL 454 - Plant Physiology Credits: 4
This class is designed to introduce students to contemporary experimental plant biology. The emphasis is on the recent molecular advances in the fields of plant physiology, biochemistry, development, adaptation and evolution. The key aspects of plant functioning from seed to seed will be highlighted. This class includes a laboratory component. This course is part of the university’s Writing Across the Curriculum/Writing in the Disciplines program.
Pre-Requisites: BIOL 150 - General Biology I /BIOL 150L - General Biology I Lab and BIOL 254 - Introduction to Botany . Fees: Lab fee required. Offered: Spring, odd years
